Negril Villas
Situated on a two acre beachfront estate, the villa's four bedrooms and guest cottage will accommodate up to 11 guests.
It has its own tennis court and two private beaches where swimsuits are optional.
Llantrissant is located in the historic center of Negril on the south shore of Long Bay at the foot of the cliffs. It is about a ten minute walk to Seven Mile Beach and Rick's Cafe is three and a half miles further down Lighthouse Road on the cliffs.
Enjoy the sun drenched days of Negril on a two acre beachfront estate offering uncompromised privacy with its two private sandy beaches (one about 200ft long and the other about 50ft long). Swimsuits are optional.
Llantrissant's four bedrooms and guest cottage will accommodate groups and families of up to eleven.
It has two master bedrooms with a full sized four poster bed in each one. Each master bedroom has its own bath. Each of the two bathrooms on the main floor opens onto an outdoor shower for rinsing off after swimming.
There are two tables on the veranda for dining, the largest being 5' x 9' and can accommodate at least eight people. The table in the dining room seats six.
Upstairs in the main house are two separate bedrooms, each with twin beds. The upstairs bedrooms are accessible from the staircase in the dining room and the outdoor staircase descending from the back bedroom. There is a daybed in an alcove which is ideal for a nanny or child. There is one bathroom upstairs.
Some of the hidden amenities include a 15KV Onan standby generator, 55 gallon solar hot water heater, a 600 gallon water storage container with pressure pump and a Maytag washing machine.
The cottage has a queen sized bed and its own bathroom.
The staff, loyal and trusted for years, are the guardians of this special sanctuary, providing 24 hour service and security.
Two housekeepers do the cooking, serving and cleaning and a gardener maintains the yard and beaches. There is a security guard onsite from dusk to dawn. Typically the housekeepers do the shopping. A menu planner is available. Fresh fish can be purchased from local fishermen.
Except for the staff and a neighboring fisherman who keeps his canoe in the boat landing, the property is entirely private.
The broad expanse of the lawns and beaches are shaded by centuries old cotton trees, almond and sea grape trees. Just steps from the veranda, the tranquil caresses of the waves soothe the mind with the constant reminder of the eternal sea.
