This exclusive property, located on the Point at Waimea Bay, is awe-inspiring.
As soon as you drive to the end of the private driveway, the sweeping ocean views, swaying palm trees, and grassy yard invite you to kick off your shoes, relax and unwind.
The newly renovated, second floor unit is exceptionally clean and will sleep four adults comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full-size bed. A deluxe queen-size Aero-Bed is also available for your use.
The unit has one bathroom with a tub shower. It has a Corian Countertop and ceramic tile floors. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, bar sink, coffee maker and microwave oven.
The downstairs unit is a long-term rental (at least six months). The layout is the same as the second floor unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, but it has a full size kitchen.
The WINTER months of October through February are the prime big wave season on the North Shore, and the "best seats in the house" for spectacular wipeouts and daring rides are out in the front yard!
In the SUMMER, Waimea Bay is perfect for early morning workouts, swimming laps or running on the sandy white beach. Three Tables Beach to the North is a favorite for sunbathers and snorkelers.
Take a drive up Pupukea hill to Pu'u o Mahuka, an ancient Hawaiian "heiau" or temple, and drink in the panoramic view of the North Shore, or head out to Mokuleia to watch the kitesurfers or go for a glider ride.
Haleiwa is a little surf town 5 minutes away, offering a variety of great restaurants and local-style eateries, surf shops, unique clothing and local artisan boutiques and several art galleries.
Retreat to our quiet location after a day at the beach or an outing around the island. Relax and unwind on the Point at Waimea Bay!
