Beautiful Wind and Sea Duplex In La Jolla, San Diego California. Located at 6713 Vista Del Mar La Jolla Ca 93027.
Upstairs is a 2 bedroom/2 bath that will accommodate up to 6 guests. Master bedroom has Queen Bed, full size bath and addtional Cable TV. and Bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper that will accommodate 2 more guests.
Full Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffe maker, toaster, blender complete with an oceanview!
There is a balcony off of the living area with patio seating and gas grill. The downstairs is the exact same layout as upstiars but does not have the view. It does have a nice back yard area that is fenced and perfect for little guys.
The building has a 1 car garage for each unit and an addtional parking spot behind for a 2 car tandem space. Total of 4 parking spots if you rent the entire dupelx.
There is a washer and dryer also located in the garage to be shared with both units. Rent the entire duplex to accommodate up to 12 guests or separately for up to 6 each. Be sure to ask us about the Double Duplex Discount if you reserve both units.

The La jolla duplex is located 100 steps to beautful Wind and Sea Beach.
It is a preferred living area with a higher residential occupancy. It is centrally located to all of San Diego Major Attractions and withing walking to some wonderful local eateries.
Mission Beach and Mission Bay is still just a short drive away. The oceanfront at Wind and Sea Beach offers tidepools, premier surfing, white sand and not as many crowds as the larger beaches in San Diego and La Jolla.
There are highly desireable golf courses nearby, Stephen Birch Aquarium, La Jolla Cove, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Downtwon Gas Lamp district, Old Town, Seaport Village....the list goes on and on.

The duplex is avail year round and offered Sept-May with a 3 night minimum, weekly or Monthly.
June, July and Aug it is offered Sat. to Sat. only by the week.
We will offer a discount when renting both units together and a discount Sept to May when renting 30 days or longer.

Inquire about the possibility of bikes, boogie boards, child high-chairs, pack and play, beach items when making the reservation.
