The penthouse will accommodate 3 guests with Queen size Muphy bed in kitchen and full size futon in living room. Full ocean view from penthouse and good view from middle unit.

There is a balcony off of the living area with patio seating and gas grill. The downstairs is the exact same layout as upstiars but does not have the view.
The building has a 1 car garage for each unit and an addtional parking spot behind for a 2 car tandem space. Total of 6 parking spots if you rent the entire triplex.
There is a washer and dryer also located in the garage to be shared with both units. Rent the entire duplex to accommodate up to 12 guests or separately for up to 6 each. Be sure to ask us about the Double Duplex Discount if you reserve two or three units.

La Jolla is a wonderful residential community with pristine beaches and a few restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a day spa just a few blocks away that offers yoga, pilates and massage for great rates. Downtown La Jolla for world class shopping and dining and spectacular ocean views is just over a mile a way. San Diego Zoo and Sea World are 15 minutes away.

Mission Beach and Mission Bay is still just a short drive away. The oceanfront at Wind and Sea Beach offers tidepools, premier surfing, white sand and not as many crowds as the larger beaches in San Diego and La Jolla.
There are highly desireable golf courses nearby, Stephen Birch Aquarium, La Jolla Cove, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Downtown Gas Lamp district, Old Town, Seaport Village, Petco Park for Padres Games, Qualcomm for Chargers and Tijuana is just 20 minutes away....the list goes on and on.
